Happy Saturday! A week ago was my high school's homecoming, and I HAD to share my group's looks with you all. Here they are :-)
For starters, here is how my homecoming look came to be. I first tried my dress on last July during our visit to California. I LOVED it! In July, though, homecoming was a long ways away, so I decided to wait.
A few months later I found it on Nordstrom, and got it right away. ;-)

Next up, the shoes! It took a while to decide whether to wear this dress simply, straighten my hair, and be very subtle with this look. I took the opposite route, and went with a more edgy style, and it all started with the shoes!
I'm obsessed with them. I bought them and walked around the house for a few hours, feeling good! Sam Edelman, $78, I believe... I lost the receipt! 😬
Next up... Hair and makeup!! I went for a natural look with the makeup, and I loved it. My hairdresser did it, along with my hair, and she did a great job. Below are the inspiration pictures and final look. My favorite element was the lipgloss. MAC Lustreglass in Beaux, $15.00.
